When Dogs Fly

This is the 24th Anniversary of "When Dogs Fly". It tells the story of two young brothers from Astoria, Queens, who began an artistic endeavor creating shoes from wood panels and tossing them over telephone wires. Each shoe was silk-screened with unique designs — what started as 12 pieces called "the disciples" grew into hundreds and eventually thousands. Their creative legacy continues into 2024.
